This has honestly been the best convention I have ever been to! Tremaine is a dance convention/competition that I went to this weekend. The teachers were all amazing, but my favorite part was the competition. All of the groups from our studio won something (either 1st 2nd or 3rd in their category) after the convention day ended on Saturday, we all ran up to Grace’s hotel room. She apparently got the last one available and it happened to be a suite. She was just seeing it for the 1st time. We all got ready in a hurry because we only had an hour. It sounds like a lot of time, but trust me it’s not! Especially when the teacher has your costume and you have to straighten your hair and you have to put on fake eyelashes for the furs time ever without any help. Not to mention throwing on about ten pounds of makeup. In the end our group got first place in our division. I was so proud of everyone! The only bad part about the convention was that I had to wake up at 5:30 both days. Good luck keeping me awake during class Mrs.Schoch!
